It's time to lighten up

vegetables (carrots, greens, peas, turnips), fava beans,
leeks, mushrooms, onions and humanely raised local beef,
pork and poultry of the Hudson Valley.


Summer Entertaining

blueberries, corn, cucumber, eggplant, peaches,
zucchini, summer squash and tomatoes, along with the BBQ
of the humanely raised beef, pork and poultry of the
Hudson Valley. Put together a grand event or informal
BBQ with Northwind Farm beef burgers, pork ribs and baby
